Taft ISD Board of Trustees to Consider SB 12 Compliance Certification

The Taft ISD Board of Trustees will consider the District’s Annual Senate Bill 12 Compliance Certification during its Regular Board Meeting on September 21, 2026.

The Taft ISD Board of Trustees will consider approval of the District’s Annual Senate Bill 12 Compliance Certification during its Regular Board Meeting on Monday, September 21, 2026.

As part of the agenda item, the Board will review, deliberate and vote on certifying to the Texas Education Agency (TEA) that Taft  ISD complies with applicable requirements outlined in Senate Bill 12.

The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. at the Taft ISD Board Meeting, 502 Rincon Road, Taft, Texas. Members of the public are invited to provide public comment on the compliance report prior to the Board vote.
